A deep tissue massage is a powerful and firm massage that focuses on the deeper layers of the muscles. Tensions in the muscles and stress are kneaded away and waste is removed.
Do you work behind a laptop a lot? Do you have pain in your shoulders and neck?
Then the deep tissue massage is definitely a good option for you. With this massage I will focus on the knots and blockages in the muscles that can cause complaints such as headaches or pain in the muscles.

Relaxation massages are a smooth, gentle treatment that promotes general relaxation, relieves some muscular tension and increases circulation. This makes the muscles more flexible, removes muscle cramps, stimulates blood circulation and ensures the removal of moisture and waste.
Trigger Point Massage

A trigger point is a tight area within the muscle tissue that causes pain in an other part of the body. Trigger points may from in muscles which are overused, injured, unbalanced or post surgery. The trigger point is painful when pressed on, causes a shortening of the muscle fibers, and has a special property called referred pain. Referred pain means that a trigger point in one muscle can create pain in another area. A trigger point in the back for example can create referral pain in the neck. The main goal of the trigger point therapy is to alleviate the real source of the pain.
Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.
After the 12th week of the pregnancy it is recommended.
This massage is a side-laying position.
Anti Cellulite Cupping Therapy

This treatment is targeting the glutes, front and back of upper thigh and the abdomen.
Chinese Cupping Therapy

It can also clear congestion from a common cold or help to control a person’s asthma. Cupping can also be beneficial for the digestive system as it could improve metabolism and relieve constipation.
Cupping triggers a release of toxins that creates marks on the skin. These marks disappear within 10 days of treatment.
